Welcome to our blog. We want to invite you to follow us on our journey of living in Japan. We currently have approximately 7 weeks to get ready for our departure. In that time we have so many things to do and so many people to see. We ask all of our friends and family to be understanding as we get ready to embark on this HUGE transition. Keep the thoughts and prayers coming.
With love to all!

What a great opportunity for such a lovely couple. This will be so good for Avery. She will get to see & do so much over there.
Mom & I wish you God's speed as you face a whole new culture and will be counting the days till you come back home.
Take plenty of picures & keep your blog updated so we can keep up with everything. We love you, Mom & Dad (Phil & Betty Ann)
Oh boy! I'm so glad you have decided to let us tag along on your trip to Japan - I'm ready! Me & MaSam are going to have so much fun. Hope to see you before you take off. Much Love to each of you ~ Aunt Pat
Yeah - the time is around the corner and I am so proud of you guys. I am a little jealous....Steph and Chris went to Vietnam and you guys are going to Japan. I am lucky to get to the beach! But this time I am going get out of Middle TN and come see you guys and live the blog first hand for a few days! We will visit here often and look forward to regular updates. Love you much - Keith and Teresa
Yay! A fellow blogger!
I can't wait to follow your story! And I can't wait to get that sweet dog back over here.
This is a career path and culture opportunity that not many get to experience! We all dread to see you go; but are excited with the experiences that all of you will have. I guess Pam and I will now have to learn Japanese and Spanish in order to communicate. Wonder if the can say "Ya'll" over there.
As your grandddaddy said when we moved to Atlanta "We'll probably see more of you now, than we did before".
We love you and pray for a safe and speedy return!
Dad & Mom (Tony & Pam)
